There isn’t one path into this work.
People come to end-of-life work from very different places.
Some are healthcare professionals wanting end-of-life focused training and specialization.
And some people that come into this field have absolutely no healthcare background at all and are simply trying
to understand why they feel so drawn to this work.
But most people who come into end-of-life doula training, no matter if they are healthcare professionals or not,
are people who have cared for their own family members and that experience made them realize
they want to do more for people at the end of life.
They just don’t know exactly how yet.
What they all have in common is this: they feel called to do more than they’re doing now.
They simply aren’t sure what that next step looks like yet.
My role is not to fit you into a program. It’s to help you determine
what kind of guidance will serve you best for where you are right now.

How We Begin
Everything begins with a request for a brief guidance conversation to assess what would best serve you right now.
I’ll personally review your request to understand where you are, what you’re hoping to create, and what level of guidance I believe will serve you best.
How I Can Support You
After our conversation, I’ll recommend the pathway I believe will best serve your goals, experience, and budget. Every pathway includes direct access to me, although the level and type of support varies depending on what you need. The difference isn’t which one is “better.” The difference is which level of guidance is appropriate for where you are today.
Self-Directed Learning (approximately $400)
👉For those who want to continue learning independently with occasional access to my guidance.
Professional Collective (approximately $700/year)
👉For practitioners who benefit from ongoing live teaching, discussion, and professional development.
Certified CareDoula® Mentorship (begins around $1,500)
👉For those ready for comprehensive training, certification, and varying levels of mentorship.
Private Mentorship (begins around $750/month)
👉For highly individualized guidance designed around your specific goals.

The purpose of that conversation isn’t to sell you, it’s to find out what would be the best fit for your needs and budget.
