    Once per month, we gather to study real situations from the time before hospice through the end of life. Together, we look at what is happening, what families need, what helps, and how experienced advocates think through difficult situations when there is no clear script.
  • Real-World Questions + Guidance
    You may bring forward real situations you are navigating. Selected questions are worked through in our live sessions and ongoing guidance so you can learn how to think in these moments, not just what to do.
  • Stay Close To The Work
    End-of-life work can feel isolating. This private space allows you to remain connected to the conversations, questions, challenges, and insights emerging from real-world situations. You are never required to post or participate, but many members find tremendous value simply by observing the patterns that emerge over time.
  • Workshop Library
    A growing archive of workshops focused on the part of end-of-life care most people never learn: the time before hospice begins…and the realities families face along the way. New material is added over time.
  • Tools You Can Actually Use. Service pathway guidance, financial clarity tools, worksheets, templates, and working frameworks designed to help you think more clearly and move forward with confidence.

Annual Renewal

Founders Renewal Rate: As a Founding Member, your renewal remains $397 per year and is protected for as long as your membership remains active.

Transfer Policy
If the Collective is not the right fit, you may transfer your enrollment to another person within 14 days.
Simply email and we will assist with the transfer.
