What You’ll Find Inside the Collective:

  • Monthly Live Session with Deanna
    Once per month, we come together to work inside real situations. These sessions focus on what is actually happening when treatments stop working, how to think through it, and how to stay steady when there is no clear script.
  • Real-World Questions + Guidance
    You may bring forward real situations you are navigating. Selected questions are worked through in our live sessions and ongoing guidance so you can learn how to think in these moments, not just what to do.
  • Practitioners Space (Private Community)
    You’ll be part of a private space with others who are in this work. This is not a social group. It is a place where you can see what others are encountering in real situations, recognize patterns across different families and circumstances, stay connected to the work between live sessions. You are not required to post or participate.
  • Workshop Library
    Access a growing collection of workshops exploring the pre-hospice stretch most families struggle through, the realities of serious illness and dying, the role of non-medical support alongside healthcare, communication, family dynamics, and decision-making, practical ways to support people during the dying time and so much more. New material is added over time.
  • Practical resources to support your development, including: service pathway guidance, financial clarity tools, worksheets, templates, and working frameworks. These are tools you return to as your work evolves.

Annual Renewal

Founders Renewal Rate $397 per year, locked in as long as your enrollment remains active. If your enrollment lapses and you later return, you will enroll at the current tuition at that time.

Transfer Policy
If the Collective is not the right fit, you may transfer your enrollment to another person within 14 days.
Simply email and we will assist with the transfer.
