How We Work

As we work through the situation that brought you here, people often experience shifts in:

– presence and steadiness
– clarity within family dynamics
– emotional and spiritual navigation
– boundaries and decision-making
– confidence in how they are showing up
– professionals: clarity and mastery

We begin with where you are.

Together, we map what is happening, emotionally, practically, and relationally, and determine your next steps.

You receive a clear, grounded way forward so you can move through this without confusion or overwhelm.

Work is supported through private sessions and ongoing communication between sessions.

You have direct access to Deanna for guidance on your specific situation:

  1. Fill out a 10-minute diagnostic survey.
  2. Beginning Mapping Call (phone/zoom) within 3 days of Deanna receiving diagnostic.
  3. Your roadmap delivered within 2 days of mapping call.
  4. Ongoing asynchronous guidance through private Signal chat.
  5. End of month phone/zoom call.
  6. Month to month. Cancel anytime.

    Expectations: Response hours are 9 – 5pmEST Monday – Friday unless otherwise arranged. Deanna will do all she can to respond to you within 48 hours or sooner. Sometimes it may be up to 72 hours depending on your time zone or what is going on in each of your lives.

Note To Certification Candidates: 3-month private mentorship required for Certified CareDoula® (does not have to be in succession). Packages available. You must purchase our CareDoula Legacy Library to begin certification.
