A place to stay in the work.

A year-round peer home for end-of-life practitioners — not a program to complete, but a place to think, return to, and grow from.

This is not a program you complete.
It is a place you get to stay.

Imagine ‘think tank,’ ‘lab,’ ‘a place where ideas are launched,‘…
…a place where we work things out…

We’re working inside real situations and mapping out next steps
as end-of-life work becomes part of your life.

People on the move or who are in real situations need a place together.

This is it!

If you are busy making ‘something happen,’ you don’t need
to keep spending a lot of time thinking about what to do,
second-guessing yourself and trying to piece things together alone

When you are in the work…

What’s missing most is not more information.

It’s a way to stay oriented, grounded and empowered while you are in the work.

What This Is

The End-of-Life Practitioners Collective is a year-long container for people who are already in this work, or finding themselves stepping into it, and don’t want to drift.

You’ve got things to do! This is where you:

  • stay close to the heart beat of end-of-life advocacy
  • develop your thinking in real situations
  • remain grounded over time with support and care of peers
  • ask for help when you need it
  • give your wisdom freely
  • collaborate with others

How This Works

This is not structured learning. It is a working space built upon four anchors:

1. Orientation Into the Work

You’ll begin with short, focused trainings that give you a way to:

  • enter this work more clearly
  • establish boundaries for yourself
  • feel more grounded as you begin serving

2. A Simple Return Point

You are not left wondering how to do the new thing you are wanting to by yourself.

When you need support thinking your project through, you have a secure place to begin… or complete the finishing touches on a service you have held close to your heart.

  • when you feel unsure
  • when you are building something
  • when you are in a real situation with a client, with your own family member…

This gives you a way to stay in motion without overthinking or overwhelm.

3. Monthly Live Session

You are not alone trying to figure out how to handle situations with people who do not fully understand what you are up to. Every month, we gather to leverage the best of our collective minds and energy.

We focus on:

  • real situations
  • what is actually happening right now
  • how to think when there is no script and stay steady when others are not
  • community education initiatives
  • holistic service offers

This is not a class. It is a professional conversation and guidance grounded in real situations.

4. Ongoing Access to Tools + Materials

You have access to a set of core tools you can return to as you go, including:

  • service pathway guidance
  • financial clarity tools
  • selected workshops and audio teachings
  • practical downloads and frameworks

You are not meant to move through all you are doing alone. You have a place to share as your experience deepens and as you grow as a practitioner.

What This Effects

Over time, something shifts inside. You stop asking, “can I do this?” so much and begin to recognize:

  • you have unique gifts and have what it takes to share them.
  • you are so much better at stepping out before you have the confidence.
  • how to get what you need as you grow your service, no matter what.
  • what actually matters is you are not alone anymore…you have your own support system of strong peers cheering you on.

This Is For You If

  • you are already the one people turn to
  • you’ve been in real end-of-life situations and want to do something for your community
  • you feel you want to get it right once and for all
  • you want to be more grounded in how you show up
  • you don’t want to figure this out alone

This Is Not

  • certification
  • a step-by-step training program
  • something you finish

This is a place you return to as you want and need.

Year-long access, including:

  • monthly live sessions
  • orientation and standards training
  • practice frameworks
  • weekly ‘thoughts from the field’ from Deanna
  • Interactive Community
  • access to tools and materials

Words From A Member:

“…Today gave me so much to think about. Especially the perfectionism and waiting until everything is just so. One of my biggest obstacles! I am by nature a lone person, and have never been part of a community no matter how much I’ve wanted that.

I don’t have any family, and only a few friends. Though I’m told I’m warm and have great energy, I’ve always been on the outside looking in.

Through the spiritual work I’ve been doing, I know my soul purpose is to hold space for people at life’s final threshold… but turning that into a business is almost paralyzing. For now I will keep putting one foot in front of the other and showing up…”
